Where you will go
Day by day
- Day 1 · Tbilisi & Mtskheta
Arrival & Old Tbilisi
We meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, an easy walk through Old Tbilisi: the sulfur baths, the Jumah Mosque and the cable car up to Narikala.
- Day 2 · Kazbegi & Gudauri
Gudauri & Kazbegi
A full day in the mountains along the Georgian Military Road: Ananuri Fortress, the Friendship Monument above Gudauri and Gergeti Trinity Church under Mount Kazbek.
- Day 3 · Tbilisi & Mtskheta
Mtskheta, then west to Kutaisi
Morning visit to Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli in Mtskheta, then the drive west to Kutaisi. Evening at Bagrati Cathedral.
- Day 4 · Kutaisi & Imereti
Caves & canyons
Prometheus Cave, the dinosaur footprints at Sataplia and a boat ride through Martvili Canyon.
- Day 5 · Kutaisi & Imereti
Gelati & departure
Gelati Monastery in the morning, then we drop you at Kutaisi Airport or drive you back to Tbilisi.
