Terms of Service

These terms apply to the geo-van.com website and to transport and tour services booked from GeoVan | Nashmi Tours. Please read them before you book.

1. Who you are contracting with

GeoVan | Nashmi Tours, identification number 304790073, registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. Registered address: Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street, N 1 (Avlevi district), building N3, flat N3, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: contact@geovan.ge, WhatsApp +995 595 09 75 96.

2. What we provide

We provide private vehicles with a driver, airport transfers, intercity transfers and driver-guided day trips and multi-day itineraries in Georgia. We are a transport and tour operator, not an airline, hotel or insurer.

3. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for the service described, in US dollars. Your actual price depends on the dates, the itinerary, the number of passengers and the vehicle, and is confirmed to you in writing (normally on WhatsApp) before the trip. The quotation we send you is the full price of the services listed in it. What is included and what is not is stated in that quotation. We do not add booking fees, service charges or commissions afterwards. If you ask us to change the itinerary during the trip, any extra cost is agreed with you at that moment.

Costs that are outside the service — for example entrance tickets, meals, accommodation, tips or personal expenses — are only included when the quotation says so.

4. Booking and payment

A booking exists once we have confirmed your dates and itinerary in writing and you have confirmed the quoted price. This website does not take payments and does not collect card details anywhere. Payment method, currency and timing are agreed with you in writing at the time of booking.

5. Changes and cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate travel details (names, flight numbers, pick-up address, number of passengers, luggage, child seats needed).
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and place; tell us as early as possible if a flight is delayed.
• Hold valid travel documents and any visa required for Georgia. We cannot advise on your visa eligibility and are not responsible if you are refused entry.
• Behave safely in the vehicle, wear seat belts, and follow the driver’s reasonable instructions. Our drivers may end a trip if a passenger is behaving dangerously or unlawfully; no refund is due in that case.
• Smoking and open alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.

7. Things outside our control

Mountain roads in Georgia — in particular the road to Kazbegi, Gudauri, Juta, Tusheti and Svaneti — can be closed by snow, landslides, avalanche risk or police order. We are not liable for delays, closures or changes caused by weather, road conditions, strikes, acts of authorities, accidents, illness or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where such an event makes a route impossible, we will offer a reasonable alternative route or reschedule the trip; if neither is possible, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

8. Vehicles and drivers

We aim to supply the vehicle class you booked. If that exact vehicle is unavailable we will supply one of the same or a higher class at no extra cost. Our vehicles and drivers are licensed and insured as required by Georgian law.

9. Insurance

Our liability insurance covers the transport we provide. It is not travel insurance. We strongly recommend you hold your own travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, health care, accidents and lost baggage.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, missed connections or lost earnings, except where these result from our own failure to provide the service as agreed.

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell the driver at the time if you can, so it can be put right there and then. If it is not resolved, write to contact@geovan.ge within 30 days of the trip and we will respond.

12. Website content

The text, photographs and itineraries on this site belong to GeoVan | Nashmi Tours or are used under licence, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Photographs of Georgian landmarks may be licensed stock or freely-licensed images and are illustrative of the destination, not of a particular vehicle or departure. Information such as opening times, road conditions and weather is provided for guidance and may change.

13. AI assistant

The AI assistant on this site produces automated suggestions and can be wrong. It does not create a booking and its answers are not a quotation or a promise by us. Always confirm details with us directly.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you other rights.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you book.
